Automatic spray guns generally use a pressure-fed delivery method, which saves labor costs compared to manual guns with fast transfer speeds and controllable discharge volumes. It is usually used for assembly work and can also be operated individually. However, the con is that the needle nozzle is an enormous loss when spraying a large viscosity paint.
